This amount is growing as word spreads about Phase Three (Seedlings) going ahead in 2023; which will free the Coach House West to be repurposed as curriculum space for the School. The literary royalties from the sales of books authored by former Edinburgh Steiner teacher, Charles Kovacs, through Floris Books is gifted yearly to GSP. This now totals £95,198.55, which helped meet the cost of the Coach Houses East and West, as well as future phases of our ambitious campus development. The amount shown here is from royalties for years 2022 and 2023 for Phase Three: Seedlings. Future years royalties can service a loan (~ £25k over 5 years).

The Christmas Market Investment Group have pledged two-thirds (66%) of proceeds from 2024 Christmas Market in addition to the above amount from our annual festive event. This is expected to meet around £35-£40k in total.
