Child Protection Parents Evening – Education, Empowerment and Strategies for Online Safety – Part 1

Edinburgh Steiner School’s PTA and Child Protection Team are delighted to invite you to two parents evenings to support the community with online dangers.

Part One: Leanne Turner will be educating us on the current threats to our children and community online with lots of tips on how to reduce these and emotionally support our young people. Leanne is currently one of the Child Protection Leads within Edinburgh City Council and has a wealth of experience in supporting school communities.

Part Two: Tuesday 30th January 2024 6pm – 8pm – Our parent and staff body will be offering practical tips and advice on how to set up safety controls on devices

Both events will be held in the School Hall and are open to all parents, from Baby Group to Class Twelve. There will be something there for everyone.

We would love to see everyone at both events but if you can only make one, that is wonderful!
