Flu Vaccinations

As part of the NHS winter vaccination program, the vaccination team will be in school on Wednesday, 23rd November to given out the flu vaccination. If you wish your child to have the vaccination please complete and return to us the letters that were issued to all enrolled pupils. This form can be brought in on the day. After age 12 pupils can self-consent.

You may also complete the form withdrawing consent for the vaccination or non return is non consent too.

If your child has not received the letter but you wish them to have the vaccination, please email the School Office on office@edinburghsteinerschool.org.uk and we can send out a blank form for completion.
