EAL Excellence – A Globally Leading Centre For English As An Additional Language

We are hugely proud to be the leading Centre for the provision of English exams for foreign students.

Our School welcomes pupils from all over the world, who attend our Upper School for one term or longer.

For visiting students in Class 10 there is the opportunity to formally validate their English language skills through the internationally recognised Cambridge exams suite.

Between 2016 and 2019, pupils have achieved a 100% pass rate. Better still, the pictured graph shows that out of a possible score of 190 for exam results, our Centre has achieved an average of at least 173, a higher average achieved by our English as an Additional Language (EAL) pupils than the rest of the UK and world.

A huge well done to our EAL staff and, of course, the hard-working pupils themselves.
