Creative Writing Success

Huge congratulations to Jacob, Amy, LoLo, Cristina, Ciar, Fin, Jake, Calum, Dylan, Lewis, Mateu, Rebecca and Palle (Palle visited us last term) who have been successful in a Young Writers creative writing competition. These pupils successfully constructed alternate universes, and wove some spectacular stories within those imagined worlds, using only 100 words – a tricky task! Their work is to be published in an upcoming book, Welcome to Wonderland, due out at the end of November.

This is a particular success for the school, as every pupil who submitted an entry has been successfully selected for publication. Well done, Class 10 – the school is very proud of you!
