Christmas Market Support & Structure Group Meeting

Initial meeting to reinstate what was formerly the Christmas Market Steering Group.

 

This freshly titled Christmas Market Support & Structure Group (CMSS Group) will work in collaboration with the Christmas Market Investment Group, newly formed PTA and Convenors Group to support the incoming Class 4 each year, who traditionally take on the overall organisation and feel of the Christmas Market.

 

Many parents and carers within our school community have a wealth of information and experience that enriches this event. We encourage any ‘Keepers of Knowledge’ in the catering, finance, raffle & tombola, crafts, children’s activities and adult workshops, electrics, alcohol licence, tickets, external and internal stalls and more to join this group.

 

We also would love to hear from those who are happy to provide their expertise to a particular area of the event whether you are a veteran volunteer of the Christmas Market or a newcomer, with the intention to build up a database of skills future classes can warmly call on.

 

It is a vital fundraising and social event in the School Calendar, which brings some 2,000 people through the school gates. This year, it will be on Saturday, 18th November: Christmas Market 2023
